Our business is a luxury product with an intricate model. Without exceptional client service, value starts to wane. We were actively looking for a partner who could assist with not simply a "Mystery Shopper" but real clients who could provide real feedback at every level. Most businesses we spoke with weren't able to change their systems to help with our model, as we required more than just "one visit" with a handful of questions.
